Don’t tell me…
when you decided popularity trumped principle.
I don’t want to know.
Don’t tell me…
that winning is the best lesson and his trophies do more than collect the dust of missed opportunities to grow.
I don’t believe you.
Don’t tell me…
that your motives are altruistic.
Look it up.
And, as excuses fill your mouth with the bile of garbled rationalizations,
don’t tell me.
